ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Arrive at the Delhi airport.On arrival our representative would meet & assist at the airport Transfer to the hotel. Relax and prepare for the exciting activities ahead.
DELHI, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. Delhi is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Delhi

Morning begin the sightseeing. Visit QutubMinar, the tallest stone tower in India and Humayum Tomb, built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden- tomb on the Indian subcontinent. Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi; drive past the Red Fort continuing to the Jama Masjid by bicycle rickshaws, one of Asia’s largest mosques. The magnificent Red Fort, overlooking the river Jamuna was built during the years 1638- 48 when the Mughul Empire was at its peak. The tour continues to Jama Masjid, one of Asia’s largest mosques and which is viewed from the outside. Later drive past the imposing India Gate, the Parliament building and the RastrapathiBhawan, the President’s residence. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Jaipur

Morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur. Reach Jaipur, check into thehotel.The day at leisure enjoy the atmosphere of the city, interact with the locals, taste the lip-smacking Rajasthani dishes, explore the surroundings on foot. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Jaipur

Morning begin the city tour with the excursion trip to Amber Fort located atop a hill. Enjoy an elephant ride / jeep ride to reach the fort. Walk through the history and immerse in the rich culture.Later visit city palace in the afternoon which is still the formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the Rajasthan and Mughal architecture. In the museum of the city palace visit the private collection of the Jaipur Maharajas. Visitthe pink sandstone Palace of Winds- HawaMahal, the beautifully made Birla temple, ancient astronomy site JantarMantar and the lively streets of the Old City. The lively colorful bazaars full of jewelry, textiles and local art offer an exciting evening stroll . Immerse in this cultural splendor and enjoy the local flavor. Overnight at Hotel

Day 5: Jaipur – Ranthambore

Morning drive toRanthambore National Park, one of the largest national parks in India. This national park boasts of being home to a large population of the big cats. Arrive andcheck- in at the Hotel. Proceed for the afternoon safari into the National Park in open Canter / Jeep with wild life guide/ naturalist. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6: Ranthambore

Experience the morning Jungle safari and afternoon safari in open canter with naturalist/wild life Guide. In the afternoon visit Ranthambore Fort. Ranthambores gloriously past manifests itself in this fort. Built in 10th Century atop steep high creek, the fort wall runs round the summit and has a number of semi-circular bastions, some with sheer drops of over 65 m and stunning views. Ruined pavilions, walls and splendid monuments are interspersed within the majestic fort. Overnight at Hotel

Day 7: Ranthambore – Bharatpur

After breakfast,drive to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, currently known as Keoladeo National Park. Arrive, check- in to your hotel. Enjoying bird watching during a rickshaw ride inside this World Heritage Site where onemay spot as many as 230 species of birds including Painted Stork, Great Egret, Common Parakeet, along with spotting other animal species.Overnightat Hotel.

Day 8: Bharatpur – Agra

Morning drive to Agra, on the way stop to explore the old deserted Mughal capital of FatehpurSikri, a UNESCO world heritage site. Akbar, who was without a male heir heard about Saint SalimChisti and visited him in the year 1568. The saint blessed him with 3 sons and in gratitude Akbar ordered the great mosque of FatehpurSikri built under his supervision. As a mark of respect to the saint, Akbar shifted his capital to FatehpurSikri and built various secular buildings. Reach Agra and check in to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 9: Agra – Umaria

Morning visit to TajMahal . This white marble mausoleum, one of the Seven Wonders was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife MumtazMahal. Agra Fort, an architectural masterpiece, a World Heritage Site, the Tomb of Itmad-ud-daulah’s, also known as ‘Baby Taj’. Transfer to the railway station to board an overnight train to Umaria.
Umaria, the Southern Capital of RewaRiyasatwas always a favourite town for many princes and kings because of the dense forests and tigers. The forests of Bandhavgarh was game reserve of Maharaja of Rewa.

Day 10: Umaria – Bandhavgarh

Reach Umaria, drive towards Bandhavgarh National Park, Bandhavgarh is a world famous national park for tiger. Here one can see tigers in their natural habitat, along with many other mammals, birds and reptiles. India’s first white tiger was also found in this forest. It was a private hunting preserve of Bagheladunasty till 1968.This park has a large biodiversity. The density of the tiger population at Bandhavgarh is one of the highest known in India. Thepark has a large breeding population of leopardsand various species of deer. Afternoon jeep safari accompanied by a forest department guide. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh National Park

Experience the morning and afternoon wildlifesafari. One may spot the numerous animal and bird species such as Wild Boar, Jackal, Fox, Muntjac, Black faced langurs, Porcupines, Hyenas, Vipers, Cobras, Red Wattled Lapwing, White Breasted Kingfisher .Overnight at Hotel.

Day 12: Bandhavgarh – Kanha

Drive toKanha National Park.ReachKanha, check-in at the hotel. Apart from daily safaris into Kanha National Park, one can relax at the Camp in a hammock, have a massage, bird watch, take a nature walk, or photograph the wildlife coming to drink at waterhole. There is the joy of bathing elephant in the river, and exploring local villages with their traditional architecture and colourful markets. At night there are film shows and tribal dances, and if lucky one might catch a glimpse of a Mottled Woodowl or a Giant Flying Squirrel in the forest around the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 13: Kanha

Enjoy the morning and afternoon wildlife safari into the park. This park is home to a large population of Barasingha (Swamp Deer), also referred to as ‘Jewel of Kanha’. During the safari, spot a variety of wildlife including Tiger, Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Gaur, Hyena, Indian Wolf, Indian Porcupine, Flying Squirrel, Greater FalseVampire .Overnight at Hotel.

Day 14: Kanha – Jabalpur – Delhi

After breakfast, drive to the Jabalpur railway station to board an overnight train to Delhi

Day 15: Delhi-Departure

On arrival in Delhi, Our office representative will assist and transfer to the hotel. Spend the day at leisure . After dinner, transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward destination.
