ITINERARY
Day 01:Arrival Delhi
On arrival our representative would meet & assist at the airport. Transfer to hotel. Relax and prepare for the exciting activities ahead.
DELHI, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. Delhi is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land.
Later begin the sightseeing tour with the visit of famous QutubMinar, Lotus Temple, , Humayun’s tomb, India Gate, Jama Masjid, ChandniChowk . Overnight at Hotel
Day 02:Delhi-Haridwar
Morning after breakfast drive toHaridwar. On arrival, check-in your hotel.
Haridwar is very popular pilgrimage destination . People like to spend their time in such a wonderful spiritual atmosphere and try to learn & practice Yoga &meditation .Haridwar is sacred place & there are so many places which has amazing surroundings for meditation and ashrams where one can learn & practice yoga.
The rest of the day is free for leisure activities,take a dip in the holy waters of river Ganga, visit the popular well-known temples such as Bharat Mata Mandir and attend the mesmerizing evening Aarti. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03:Rishikesh
Morning after a leisurebreakfast,drive to Rishikesh. Check-in at theAshram.
Rishikesh, is a spiritual town situated 24 kms upstream from Haridwar, at the confluence of the Chandrabhaga and Ganga and surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills on three sides. The whole place is considered to be sacred as it is believed that meditation at this place leads to attainment of salvation. Rishikeshhas numerous yoga centres . It is believed that meditation in Rishikesh brings one closer to attainment of moksha, as does a dip in the holy river that flows through it.
The rest of the day is free to indulge in leisure activities. Visit the temples,laxmanJula, spend time at the Ganga ghats, and explore the surroundings on foot. Overnight at Hotel.
Days 4 to 7 Rishikesh
Stay at the Ashram where you follow a Yogic routine. This includes yoga and meditation sessions, Yogic meals, lecture sessions with Yoga experts, tea break, Antar Mauna -practicing silence through Meditation. The experience is great and a refreshing one. The tired mind, body and soul completely get rejuvenated, after the tiring lifestyle of the city.
Day 08:Rishikesh-Delhi
In the morning, after breakfast,drive back to Delhi by road. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure- interact with the locals, gorge on lip-smacking food, shop at the popular markets etc. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 09:Departure from Delhi
Morning transfer to the airport to board a flight for onward destination.
